Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on items that are in their original, unopened condition within 7 days of receiving your order. If you wish to return an item, it must be unused, in the original packaging, and with all tags attached.

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will issue you a return label and provide instructions for sending the item back to us.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used perfumes and fragrance items
- Items not purchased from Retoosh Perfumes (third-party sellers)
- Items marked as "final sale"
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund depending on availability and your preference.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. If a return is required due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
