We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase at Retoosh Perfumes. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help! Please read our refund and return guidelines below.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Some items, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases, are non-returnable.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Select health and personal care items
To process your return, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted, such as:
- Items showing obvious signs of use (e.g., books, CDs, DVDs)
- Opened items (e.g., software, video games, vinyl records)
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to factors not related to our error
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there may be a processing period before the refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver to present later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your item, mail it to: {physical address}.
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
